Delaware Franchise Tax Check explains the annual report and franchise tax for a domestic Delaware C-corporation, and estimates the two methods the State uses.

What is on this site

A calculator for the authorized shares method and the assumed par value capital method, and eight short guides drawn from 8 Del. C. chapter 5 and from Division of Corporations pages read on 17 October 2026. A re-check is planned for 1 January 2027. Where a point is open, the page says so.

What is not on this site

• A filing service, a payment page, or a registered-agent signup.
• Affiliate links, sponsored placements, or a claim that the Division endorses this site.
• Accounts, saved calculations, or a request that you identify yourself in order to read.
• An LLC, LP, or GP tax amount. Those entities have a separate June 1 tax. See corp.delaware.gov for the current amount.
